What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and the data you choose to enter into Stow — notes, tasks, journal entries, budget transactions, health metrics, habits, and bookmarks. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.
How we store it
Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database within the European Union. All connections use TLS encryption, and access controls ensure you can only see your own data.
Your data, your control
You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (Markdown, CSV). You can delete your account and all associated data permanently from your settings. We do not retain data after deletion.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication and storing your theme preference. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising.
Third parties
We use trusted infrastructure providers for database, authentication, and hosting. They process data under their respective privacy policies. We do not share your data with anyone else.
